Phew, glad that is over with.
The tidying up just performed will make following the project from here on a lot easier, trust me.
I felt it was necessary, even if the benefits are not immediately apparent. But it's better done at this early stage of the project when there is less to move.
After all the changes, the project functionality is unaltered, but we've removed a few bits of duplicate code and got everything in a lot neater format to proceed.
I'm going to take a break now and have a beer.
